MDO Services is an independent service provider based in Luxembourg and regulated by the CSSF specialising in third party management company services, fund governance, substance solutions, supervision of delegations and risk management services. MDO Services also offers experienced independent Directors overseeing Luxembourg domiciled investment vehicles, including UCITS and non-UCITS funds, real estate, private equity, hedge funds, and fund of hedge funds.
MDO Services’ activities are conducted by three legal entities:
/ MDO Services, a Professionnel du Secteur Financier (PSF).
/ MDO Management Company, a UCITS IV management company under Chapter 15 of the Law of 2010.
/ The Directors’ Office, Luxembourg’s leading practice of independent directors who act as Conducting Officers and Independent Directors of a diverse range of Luxembourg domiciled investment and management companies.
